Each Timber & Smoke product is made to order and handcrafted with care. Because many of our items are personalized, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak gifting seasons (like Mother's Day or Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping time is in addition to the processing time listed above.
Canada & U.S. Orders:
3–7 business days via standard shipping

International Orders:
7–21 business days, depending on location

Personalized items (such as our Engraved Candle with custom photo engraving) require a photo upload and are made to order. If there’s any issue with your uploaded image, we will contact you before engraving to ensure the best possible result.
Please double-check spelling, names, and uploaded files—we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking info after 5 business days, feel free to reach out.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve any issues. If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact your local carrier first and then contact us.
We offer local pickup/dropoff in Midland/Penetang/Tay. If this is available, you’ll see the option during checkout.
